"I have been doing Hit to Fit for about a year. I continue to be impressed by the workout. I was initially drawn to Hit to Fit because the 30 minute work out fit nicely into my schedule. However, I realize this is the most comprehensive and interesting work out I have ever done. I am impressed with how well the results have translated to other sports such as mountain biking and skiing. I certainly enjoy my activities more because of my improved fitness and strength. I appreciate coming to the gym and not having to think about what I am going to do next because the circuit is laid out, allowing me to simply enjoy exercising. The circuits change every two weeks which keeps it interesting. The trainers are friendly, insightful and motivating - and they play great music.
